The Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programmes by the Malaysian Hospitality Association are designed to upskill hospitality professionals with at least six months of industry experience. These programmes provide targeted training to strengthen operational skills, professional expertise, and leadership potential across key areas such as front office, housekeeping, culinary, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and hotel management.
