MHA TALENT RISE PROGRAM

The Talent RISE Program delivers two weeks of focused, job-ready training followed by six months of structured employment within the hospitality industry, with a key outcome of direct job placement. This seamless transition from training to work allows participants to immediately apply their skills in real-world settings, gain hands-on industry experience, and build long-term career confidence.

For Malaysian youth, the program offers a clear and accelerated pathway into stable employment, reducing barriers to entry and shortening the gap between learning and earning. Participants benefit from continuous mentorship, workplace exposure, and income stability while developing industry-relevant competencies. For employers, Talent RISE strengthens recruitment pipelines, improves workforce readiness, and reduces onboarding time.
