The Malaysian Hospitality Association (MHA) is committed to developing future-ready talent for the hospitality industry. We actively engage Malaysian youth through flagship initiatives such as the Talent SPARK Program, Talent RISE Program, and professional pathways delivered through the DHS School of Hotel Management.

These programs are co-funded by MHA (50%), reinforcing our investment in building a strong, skilled, and sustainable talent pipeline for the industry.

Beyond youth development, MHA also supports hospitality professionals currently in employment, delivering targeted training and upskilling initiatives across all levels of the workforce.

Our objective is clear: to ensure every facet of the hospitality industry is continuously trained, developed, and future-ready.
